I was born in 1962 in Bayreuth, a small city in Germany - well more precisely in Upper Franconia, which is part of the free state of Bavaria in the Federal Republic of Germany.
i grew up there, and like many children i liked to listen to the radio and sing along.
At the age of 15 i took some accordion lessons.
My brother took some guitar lessons at that time, so he showed
me how to handle a guitar and taught me some guitar chords.
